- Once you enroll in the challenge, you’ll get a (one-time only) 1-on-1 call with me, where we discuss your personal needs and particular situation. I usually charge upwards of $200 for this coaching call, but it’s included for free in the program.
- I will then make a personalized meal plan for you, complete with delicious recipes that meet your needs, tailored to your tastes and preferences. This will make following the diet super easy and satisfying for you, while also helping you drop pounds.
- You will be added to a group of people who have joined the same challenge, where everyone will be kept accountable on our weekly zoom calls, and I'll answer any questions you may have along the way.
- You will get one-on-one access to me during the entirety of the 60 days. Day or night, I’ll be available to hold your hand through the process and keep you accountable.
At the end of 60 days, we will choose a winner based on:
- Pounds lost
- Before & after pictures
- Overall work ethic and attitude in the group
